1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website, submitting a project inquiry, booking a call, or communicating with Link Sols about services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, or separate written agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed or written project document controls for that project.

2. Services

Link Sols provides digital agency services that may include website design and development, Shopify development, AI tools and chatbots, local SEO, social media support, video editing, consulting, and related technical services. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written project scope.

3. Proposals, Payments, and Project Access

• Quotes and proposals are valid only for the period stated in the proposal, or for 14 days if no period is stated.
• Deposits, milestone payments, retainers, and final payments are due according to the applicable invoice or written agreement.
• Work may pause if required payments, approvals, content, credentials, or feedback are delayed.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, advertising spend, stock assets, third-party tools, and platform fees are separate client expenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required access, brand materials, legal notices, product details, and content needed to complete the work. Clients must have the rights to any text, images, videos, trademarks, data, code, or other materials they provide to Link Sols.

5. Revisions and Changes

Included revisions, if any, are described in the project scope. Requests outside the approved scope, additional design directions, new features, urgent changes, or work caused by missing or inaccurate client information may require a separate estimate or additional fees.

6. Ownership and Portfolio Use

After full payment is received, the client owns the final custom deliverables created specifically for that project, except for Link Sols pre-existing tools, templates, processes, reusable code, know-how, third-party assets, open-source software, and platform components. Link Sols may reference completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing and Link Sols accepts that request.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, Shopify, Google services, Meta platforms, WhatsApp, email providers, analytics tools, AI providers, or other software. Link Sols is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, data practices, or platform limitations.

8. No Guaranteed Business Outcome

Link Sols aims to deliver professional work and practical recommendations, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, leads, traffic, conversions, funding, platform approval, or business results. Marketing, SEO, and AI outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Confidentiality

Each party should treat non-public business, technical, and project information received from the other party as confidential. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, already known, or lawfully received from another source.

10. Website Content

The information on this website is provided for general business and service information. It may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time. Website content does not create a professional, legal, financial, or tax advisory relationship.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Link Sols is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. For paid services, Link Sols's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
